Completely transparent, the Peugeot Nancy 18 cm Persian blue salt mill shows all the delicate shades of blue of this salt, harvested in Iran in the Ergourz mountains. A treat for the eyes and on the table as the subtlety of its colour is enhanced by the transparency of the acrylic. The adjustment knob, placed on the top of the mill, is used to adjust grinding precisely, from the finest to the coarsest, as appropriate for flavours and occasions.
