Smoked Salmon Rolls with Avocado and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 slices smoked salmon or trout
  • n
  • 100g of fresh goat cheese
  • n
  • 1/2 avocado
  • n
  • fresh chives
  • n
  • poppy seeds
  • n
  • sesame seeds
  • n
  • salt
  • n
  • Sichuan pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut a large sheet of cellophane paper then place it on the work surface.
  2. n
  3. Place the salmon/trout slices on the cellophane paper, placing them so as to obtain a large rectangle.
  4. n
  5. Make a line with the cheese on the bottom of the salmon slices, like preparing a maki.
  6. n
  7. Add thin slices of avocado to the cream cheese (and / or cucumber if desired). Season with salt and pepper.
  8. n
  9. Gently roll using cellophane paper, tightening the roller tightly. Once rolled, rewrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours so that all the flavors can be revealed during tasting.

  11. Cut the rolls and add the seeds of your choice as well as freshly chopped chives.
