It is equipped with the Peugeot pepper mechanism, with a lifetime guarantee, still unequaled in performance. You can use the knob on the mill head to adjust the pepper grinding size: the tighter the knob is screwed in, the finer the pepper. Conversely, unscrewing it will provide a coarser grind that will bring out more of the pepper flavors.
